Dehumidifier included in room, breakfast was ok, but staff wasn’t helpful to give the allergens information

The location was convenient for the monorail and shopping district around 10 minutes. Besides the convenience stores there was a big supermarket close by and a bus stop to almost all to visit places. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me a lot with my luggage storage. Breakfast is broad and mainly Japanese style but also bread, butter, and coffee. The hot bath area was perfect for relaxing.

Everything was perfect. If pressed for a critical comment, it might be about the pjs. Too heavy, too thick, too big, itchy. It’s ok, I had my own night wear. Location is perfect, and even though it faced a major highway, inside it was quiet and peaceful. The public bath on the top floor was so relaxing but not so big so pick a time to avoid the crowd. I went at 5am and 5pm….totally alone!

Great location and absolutely amazing staff. Also complementary drinks were a very nice touch after returning to the hotel from hot and humid streets. Breakfast was excellent, always something new throughout the week with some stables. Would go back any time.

Good location because it is close to Ferry port. Having public bath and massage chair. Good breakfast and nice staffs.

Very nice place close to bus and train station. There was an Onsen included. Breakfast was also very good and the staff was very freindly.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The location was very good, and this hotel was perfect for a one night stay.

Big room. Great breakfast. location. We were out 2 days for our bike trip and while came back after 2 days, we were surprised to have same room as before, which made us like come back home.
